I've never used a product like this before. I was searching high and low for a pure Coconut milkk based product and it was here in the U.K.! The customer service was triple AAA+ after Hermes messed around with my delivery Kadian was on the case immediately with an apology and a replacement :). The product itself is whipped, sweet and soft to the touch it also glides on my hair and washes out easily I love it!! I received a couple of samples-the goats milk [mask] for the face (which I haven't tried yet) and the hair balm (which I have tried and I love :).
